    Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds, abbreviated as PUBG, is a video game developed and published by PUBG Corporation in 2017. This game was inspired by the Japanese film Battle Royale where the last player standing wins. 

    
    PUBG became famous because 100 players are parachuted onto an island, and they have to fight each other until one person is left. This game lets you play with your friends and mess around with them; however, remember that survival is the priority! This game has more than 100 Million+ players all over the World.

    PUBG is a game where you are a player and parachuted onto a different island (map). You have to find weapons, shelter, and power generators and then try to survive. You have to build your shelter, get weapons, and move towards the circle. You have to try to kill every other player that stands in your way.

    PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds launched on Steam in March 2017. Even though it's not even a year old, the game has already set a new record, there were about 877,844 players online simultaneously on August 26, 2017 on the Steam platform. This figure beats the record number of Dota 2 players at the same time which only reached 842,919.

PUBG Mobile

    On Google Play, this game has been played by over 50 million Android users worldwide. The smartphone specifications to play PUBG are 2Gb/16Gb (lite version), but 4Gb/64Gb and 6Gb/128Gb (original version) are more recommended. LightSpeed & Quantum Studio, an internal division of Tencent Games, developed the Android and iOS versions of the game.

Ban on playing in various countries:

• India

    Pada bulan Maret 2019, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile dilarang di negara bagian Gujarat, India, setelah pemerintah setempat memutuskan bahwa game tersebut “terlalu adiktif dan penuh kekerasan”. Beberapa orang yang ketahuan bermain game tersebut ditangkap.

• Indonesia

    Setelah penembakan di masjid Christchurch, pada bulan Maret 2019 Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) melakukan peninjauan ulang terhadap fatwa haram untuk PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds dan diharapkan akan selesai pada bulan April 2019.
